Jeremy was fantastic and so understanding. He spent hours preparing a Dish tailgater for our RV, downloading the necessary information in preparation for my birthday present to my husband. Then he spent close to an hour doing a tutorial for using it on the road. As he was packing up the equipment, I mentioned it was going to be great in Alaska. He informed me a tailgater doesn't work in Alaska. He graciously refunded me my money with a smile on his face! I have now referred him to several people and have purchased Hughes network for our home from him. Thank you Jamie!
