At that point in time, John had decided to take all that he had learned and absorbed as the head grocery buyer of one of the largest retail supermarkets in the country and apply it to the sales side of the business.
From his experiences sitting on the other side of the desk as a buyer, it quickly became apparent that credibility and reliability were two vital qualities necessary to run a business successfully.
