CPM prides itself in providing innovative products and reliable services to clients looking to maintain and extend the life of their water and wastewater infrastructure.
Our staff is trained for performing work in challenging conditions, such as confined spaces, traffic right-of-way, and underwater applications.
We have invested in equipment for potable water CCTV investigations, as well as metallic wall thickness measurements.
In addition to manned and robotic pipeline inspection and assessment.
CPM brings a turnkey solution to clients with air release and vacuum valve service and maintenance needs.
Over the past 10 years, CPM has performed maintenance, repair, and replacement to over 1,000 air release and vacuum valves, for a variety of clients in the water and wastewater industry.
CPM has invested in equipment and parts to conduct this work inside of facilities and plants, but also outside the walls where confined space entry and work within traffic areas is required.
When completing these air release valves services, CPM provides assessment scores for each of the assets and can incorporate them into an ESRI based GIS database that can easily be added to an existing GIS system.
CPM offers a multitude of different solutions for eliminating fats, oils, and greases at lift stations and other structures throughout a wastewater system and or plant.
In addition we combine different technologies to offer a holistic approach to removing odors.
When utilizing multiple types of technologies and systems we can drastically reduce the expense involve with FOG and odor removal.
Things like simple air ejection in combination with highly programmable chemical feed systems can not only remove FOG and odors locally at a lift station but can also effectively eliminate it both up stream and down stream regardless of the distances between stations or facilities.
Quickly and efficiently locate leaks on distribution system piping, water transmission mains, services, or other critical water infrastructure with the help of CPM and our leak detection service team.
Providing leak detection for clients for over 5 years, we are always utilizing the latest in technology.
For immediate results CPM uses live correlators and ground listening microphones to pinpoint live leaks that have already surfaced but are difficult to locate because of on site conditions like bedding or poly wrap that allows the leak to run before surfacing.
