We have developed within our company structure a team concept that allows better service to our customers.
Before this concept, In Depth Marketing had an "outside sales" and a "customer service" staff.
We now have sales teams for each of our territories.
The teams consist of an outside sales and one or two inside sales people.
Each team focuses on working with the accounts in their respective territory; this includes doing shows, sending literature updates, job follow-up, etc.
This allows our customers to become familiar with a single group of people, who are knowledgeable in their territory needs.
