BAU Print and Mail was founded in 1998 to assist Advisors, Attorneys, Insurance Agents and Accountants find potential clients to grow their businesses.
Quad-fold: Invitations are printed on 8.5 x 14 (legal size) paper.
The paper is folded in half and then folded in half again with a fold parallel to the first fold.
Half of the paper is nested inside the other half.
The invite is paired with tickets to the advertised event, inserted into a standard #10 envelope and addressed with a bulk postage stamp.
This style mailing has proven to be our most consistent results generator, because of that, it is also our most popular.
Tri-fold: The letter size, 8.5 x 11 trifold is common for brochures as well as business letters and newsletters.
The paper is folded into three parts.
We utilize this fold when building brochure style invitations with the information positioned on the 6 panels (counting both sides of the paper) with two parallel folds in a spiral fold configuration.
Alternately we use this fold when printed on just one-side and viewed as you would a typical letter.
The invite is paired with tickets to the advertised event, inserted into a standard #10 envelope, addressed and has an actual stamp adhered.
Half-fold: The letter size, 8.5 x 11 sheet for the wedding-fold invitation is simply folded in half for a folded dimension of 8.5 x 5.5.
These are printed on both sides of the page.
The envelope opens to reveal the front panel of the invitation typically showing the Title and Tagline for the advertised event.
The inside letter holds all of the events information.
The invite is paired with tickets to the advertised event, inserted into a 9.5 x 6 envelope which is addressed and has an actual stamp adhered.
Self-tab Mailers: A letter size page is folded in half (Bi-fold), into thirds (Tri-fold), or a legal size page into 4 sections (Quad-fold) to create 3 different sizes offered as self-tab mailers.
The mailing panel takes the place of the face of an envelope.
It is the portion of the design that contains the return address, mailing address of the recipient, and postage.
The mailing panel typically appears on one-half (folded letter size, for example), one-third (a tri-fold), or one-fourth (a quad-fold) of the back page so that it faces out when folded.
