It challenged us to think deeply about what it really means to change behavior and move people to.
A good predictor of future behavior is past performance.
When evaluating a new direction it can be helpful to address previous data.
What if the direction is entirely new?
We can use the data to gain insights from how people behaved and tap into that behavior when constructing a new option.
