These activities include providing pricing, product availability, quotes, technical support, SPA management, purchase order preparation and product training.
We have three primary Inside Sales groups which include Commodities, Eaton and Solutions.
All employees within a group are trained to handle each of the tasks.
While there are specialists within each group, our philosophy is be able to handle a customer request as quickly and efficiently as possible.
