I starting my agency in my upstairs bedroom in 2003 (that i built into a multi-million dollar agency)then retired from (worked 2 hours a week) in 2014 and successfully exited in 2016. After successfully exiting my agency in 2016, I suffered a heart attack and took some time off to be with my family and build my strength back up. Although having amazing technical and creative knowledge helps; it is not what you need to build a 7 or 8 figure agency that's profitable and does not consume all of your personal time.
