Spent seven years as Director of Customer Communications for Eastern Mountain Sports, then returned to CG in 1998 as President and became sole owner in 2008.
Studied English at U-Mass Amherst; served at CG from 1992 to 2000 as a copywriter and account executive.
Spent three years as Vice President and Director of Marketing for Westbank, an 18-branch commercial bank in Western MA, before returning to CG in 2003.
