He received an athletic scholarship and played 5 years on the university soccer team.
Coming from a military family, Xavier lived all over the world and learned to speak several languages.
After graduation, his goal was to find an environment where his sports minded background would thrive in.
His goal was to always be an entrepreneur and joined the company 10 years ago.
His belief for any individual is to have the right motivation, guidance and will power to achieve goals.
