When not designing memorable events for our clients, our team enjoys supporting our favorite charity, the Humane Rescue Alliance; traveling the country and the world for event inspiration; and, exploring locally-owned farm-to-table neighborhood restaurants. The Argus Team is led by Elaine Coronado who moved to Washington, D.C. in 1988 from San Antonio, Texas.

Although Elaine enjoys event styling, her client focus is on strategy. She understands that beautiful, fun and captivating events are not successful unless agreed upon goals are satisfied. She managed two non-profit organizations to success leading Hispanic Business to name her one of the Top 100 Influentials in the United States. She is a former board member of the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO) at the Kennedy Center; studied art at the Prado Museum; and is a graduate of the National Hispana Leadership Institute.

Kate Talbert, an Arkansan, served as an Environmental Attorney before leaving to follow her passion of painting, design, and custom fabrication of staging and props.

At Argus, we begin new projects with an analytical review of past event financial statements, design work, run of shows, final reports, and listen as the client shares their vision, challenges and expectations.
From this initial session we create a strategy that will result in a positive guest experience and thoughtful connection to the client brand.
We compile strategic objectives and deliver tools such as timelines, budgets, draft Run of Shows and design decks to give the project a roadmap to success.

We build strategies; design materials, concepts and event spaces; and, draft blueprints for efficient and memorable productions.
Since 1995 we've been managing galas, receptions, expos, meetings, conferences and special projects.
We custom craft events that push forward client objectives resulting in money cultivated and raised, products and services showcased, thoughtful tributes, energized policies, inspired target audiences, and Call to Actions mobilized.

At Argus Events we are sensitive to client budgets so we have invested in modular staging to create various looks ranging from modern to classic to fun!
Our staging has brought to life the following themes: construction, health and medicine, education, culture, South Beach, Congressional tribute and more.
Our staging rentals can be configured for stage backdrops from 6' to 40' long, up to 8' tall and we use both recycled and plastic materials.
