We have built strong relationships and partnerships with leading retailers and distributors to help gain placement for our manufacturer's products.

We work with both domestic and direct import manufacturers with a proven track record of growing current programs, developing new products and categories into warehouse stocked programs.
We were instrumental in helping AAF Flanders achieve Ace Hardware Vendor of the Year award in 2011 and again in 2015, and Alpine Corporation achieve the True Value Home and Garden Showplace Vendor of the Year award in 2010 and 2012.

I began my career working in our family hardware store - Aranoff Hardware.
After the sale of our business, I continued my career with Chicago Specialty, Eljer, Gerber Plumbing, E. A. Langenfeld, and Ready Set Sales prior to forming AVP Sales & Marketing in 2010 with my business partners Mike and Dennis.
With my extensive retail knowledge and expertise as a Manufacturers' Representative, Vice President of Sales, National Sales Manager, and Retail Hardware Store Owner enables me to offer creative solutions to help our manufacturing clients increase sales and profits.
After the sale of our business, I continued my career with Chicago Specialty, Eljer, Gerber Plumbing, E. A. Langenfeld, and Ready Set Sales prior to forming AVP Sales & Marketing in 2010 with my business partners Mike and Dennis.

I currently have more than 30 years of industry experience.
Beginning in 1990 I worked in the wholesale plumbing channel as a Product Specialist, Direct Salesperson, Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager with Eljer Industries and Gerber Plumbing Fixtures.
My time in the retail channel has provided me the opportunity to create strong relationships with Ace Hardware, True Value Corporation, WW Grainger, and others in the retail channel.

I began my career in the Accounting / Finance Area upon graduating from DePaul University in 1974.
I moved into Sales Management in 1981 with Chicago Specialty who was at that time a division of Beatrice Foods as I stayed with Chicago Specialty for 7 years managing the accounts of Ace Hardware, K Mart, and True Value.
In 1988 I opened a Manufacturing Representative Agency serving as President until the merger in 2010 of AVP Sales and Marketing.
To date I have spent over 40 years in the ever-changing Hardware and Houseware Market continuing to learn and adapt.
I moved into Sales Management in 1981 with Chicago Specialty who was at that time a division of Beatrice Foods as I stayed with Chicago Specialty for 7 years managing the accounts of Ace Hardware, K Mart, and True Value.
In 1988 I opened a Manufacturing Representative Agency serving as President until the merger in 2010 of AVP Sales and Marketing.
