While the name of the City's broadband utility was important, what mattered most was the feeling and image we created around that name. Through research, development, and launch of the Loveland Pulse brand, Slate helped us tell our story. The efforts we have collaborated with Slate Communications have proven effective to welcome visitors who are more likely to respect our cherished public lands, enjoy our community vibe and become future return visitors, residents or business owners in Fruita.
