We have owned Hampton Terrace Inn for 21 years and have worked with White Stone for about the last four. Before White Stone, we did our own marketing, using HubSpot. That is a valuable suite of tools, but I had to handle my own website, SEO, blogging, e-mail and social media campaigns, pay-per-clicks, etc. White Stone took over all of that, freeing me up to be able to concentrate on guest experience.
Not only did I get much of my life back, I became confident that marketing decisions were no longer being made in an echo-chamber. I have always been a believer that you get what you pay for. White Stone is not inexpensive, but our gross revenue gain in their first year far surpassed their cost. It has also allowed my wife and me to be able to leave the inn for weeks at a time, knowing that the marketing gears would continue to grind. Thanks, White Stone, for our freedom and piece of mind.
