A long time digital marketer, Alec had worked at and with dozens of marketing and advertising agencies.
He quickly noted a few areas of opportunity within the agencies he had dealings with.
A general lack of accountability, follow-through, honesty, and transparency between agency and business quickly made Alec realize that, with the appropriate tools in place, there could be a much better partnership between an agency and their small business clients.
