Bruce Marcus has an Engineering degree from the University of Illinois ('79) and a Masters of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management ('84). Bruce joined McMaster-Carr Supply Company as a Merchandise Manager in '84. In his 15 years at McMaster-Carr, he manage the growth and development of the electrical, HVAC, power transmission and safety product categories.
At the beginning of the new millennium, Bruce left McMaster-Carr and founded Catalyst Marketing Group.
