Gordon was the first president of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Electronic Representatives Association and greatly influenced the foundation of the organization.
Even today, the ERA recognizes outstanding achievement of its member groups with the Gordon Moss Award. Leroy Moss expanded the company and signed Switchcraft in 1948.
